Born and raised in New Jersey, Lauren, a seasoned traveler, divides her time between New York and Northern California. Regularly she finds sanctuary practicing yoga and Pilates, nurturing an organic vegetable and perennial garden, hunting antique stores and flea markets, sailing scenic waters and coastlines, and creating special meals for family and friends.
